Well known in the canine world as a breeder,exhibitor, international judge,writer,artist, and public speaker,Anne has over 30 years continuous involvement in purebred dogs. Primarily associated with Bulldogs and French Bulldogs, Anne's dogs have completed 22 championships and 15 obedience titles, including 2 UD Bulldogs, and 3 high-in-trial winners. Anne has an MFA in studio art from Michigan State University. Her magazine articles and illustrations have been published since 1977. She has won 3 Maxwell Awards from DWAA, including one for her book, "Dog Shows Then and Now: An Annotated Anthology." Anne has previously served as Director of the Judging, Research and Development Department at the American Kennel Club. She was responsible for the majority of the highly successful computer imaging programs, was editor of the Judges Newsletter. Apparently suffering from a severe mid-life crisis, Anne didn't buy a Harley or get a tattoo. Instead, she entered Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001, graduating cum laude with an international law concentration. She received the Eugene Krasicky Award for outstanding contribution to Law Review and recently passed the New York State Bar Exam.
